 he Museum of Contemporary Art in Shanghai, or MoCA, opened its exhibition: "Sport in Art," in the 9th, Nov.featuring works by 71 artists based on the theme sports and humanity. The works were created under the sponsorship of Addidas, the sporting goods company, and are first being displayed in Shanghai. The artists are from around the world, but many are from China, which is to host the 2008 Olympic Games. Wang Guangyi, Yue Minjun, Zhong Biao and the Luo Brothers are included here. The exhibition will later travel to Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shenyang, Chengdu and Beijing. After the Olympics in August 2008, some of the works will be auctioned and Addidas will donate the proceeds to charity.
