 ui Jianguo's retrospective exhibition (1987-2007) will open at OCT Contemporary Art Terminal. This is the first and most comprehensive exhibition for the artist. Huang Zhuan is the curator. Sui Jianguo is one of the most important contemporary artists in China. Many of his earliest works were conceptual in nature, but in recent years he has established himself with works that address contemporary issues with more figurative works, such as his Mao suit sculptures. Sui Jianguo is a professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.
