 stablished on May 5, 1995, the Zhu Qizhan Art Museum is located at No.580 Ouyang Road, north Shanghai Hongkou Park. The contemporary art museum is built by the Culture Bureau of Hongkou District, with the fund of 13 million RMB from the People Government of Hongkou District.
It is a public museum named after Zhu Qizhan, the famous contemporary painting and calligraphy artist. Besides Zhu Qizhan’s art study, it also holds a series of art exhibitions and activities of culture and art exchange, such as “Double Rooms R2: Cao Fei’s Solo Exhibition”, “Double Rooms: R1: Jiang Zhi’s Solo Exhibition”.
